We stayed at the Peninsula in April for a week to celebrate a Wedding Anniversary. We were expecting something special But I have to say that our expectations were exceeded by some way. The hotel is beautiful and the staff excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the hotel room was just wonderful
Hayashi-Japan
The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The service was outstanding. Employees were always willing to help without being "in your face". The concierge Todd is the best anywhere. Nothing negative to say.

We have stayed at the Penninsula in Hong Kong which in my book is what all Hotels in this 5 star category should be measured against in all aspects so we were excited to give this Hotel a shot in Chicago. We came away overall with a great stay and were not disappointed.
