I just want to get the only possible negative out of the way before I start gushing. I'm not a fan of the wallpaper. Ok, here we go... I've been to many hotels in my life, but have never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff like this.

Great hotel that has the lobby on the 12th floor...lounge is an excellent place to have a drink/snack after a day of shopping/sightseeing. Rooms are large, clean & are well cared for by the staff. All of our needs were looke after with a smile and a "you're very welcome"

This hotel is upscale and very plush. If you're willing to spend a little more, you won't regret staying here. Great location, great views, comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. The room service is extremely pricey, but that is to be expected. They really take care of you though and make sure you have everything you need. It was an excellent
