Had a fantastic corner room looking out at the lake. Beautiful. The staff treated us with such caring and warmth. Would retuern in a secopnd. Thank you for the chocolate strawberries, a treat in itself.

Just returned from a stay at this hotel. This hotel is located within walking distance to great restaurants and fabulous shopping. The staff at this hotel were very helpful. We had an issue our first night which was quickly resolved. Mark (Concierge) was knowledgeable and helpful...he was just a gem. Our suite was a bit dated but very comfortable.

I brought two 9 year old girls (my daughter and her friend) to The Sutton Place Hotel, for their American Girl package. The package was nice, and the girls really enjoyed it. We loved the location (easy walking distance to the Mag. Mile) and great food within easy walking distance. What set this hotel apart was the service.
